We ship globally using Australia Post.

How do I track my order?

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know within 30 days at customercare@midnightspark.com.au. We’ll need a video showing the issue, along with proof that the item is unused and a copy of your receipt. We’ll sort out a replacement or refund for you. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and timing may vary based on your bank. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If you have any questions before placing your order, we’re here to help!

Do you offer discreet postal packaging?
Absolutely! Your Midnight Spark order will arrive in discreet, unbranded, recyclable packaging.

How do I charge my device?
Each device comes with a USB charging cable. Just a reminder—please avoid using your device or coming into contact with water while it’s charging.

I lost my charger! Can I buy a new one?
No worries! You can purchase a replacement charger here.

Which device is best for beginners?
New to this? Our Boutique range is perfect for you. These devices are user-friendly and designed with style in mind.

How do I clean my device?
For the best results, use Midnight Spark Clean by spraying it on and wiping with a microfibre cloth. You can also clean it with warm water and gentle antibacterial soap.

Can I use the Body Oil and Intimate Gel internally?
Yes, both our Body Oil and Intimate Gel are safe for external and internal use with your Midnight Spark device.

How should I store my Midnight Spark products?
Keep Midnight Spark Clean, Intimate Gel, and Body Oil in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and extreme temperatures. Store your devices in the antibacterial pouch provided, away from other items.

What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month warranty on all devices. If you encounter any issues due to craftsmanship or materials, just let us know at customercare@midnightspark.com.au. We’ll arrange for a replacement of the same or a comparable item.
