Your happiness is our top priority (in more ways than one). If, by chance, you receive a damaged or defective product, just let us know at customercare@midnightspark.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll take a look and work on getting you a replacement or refund to make things right. To help us assist you, we’ll ask for a video showing the issue and proof that your product is unused, along with your receipt.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, though timing can vary depending on your bank.

For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns if you simply change your mind. This policy helps us keep all our customers safe.
